# 60 – Upcoming Wellness Workshops and Specials

Oscar-Creek-roadTaking Care of Your Body and Mind, Kootenay-Style

The Nelson Kootenay Lake area is known for its focus on healthy living. Whether it’s your body, mind or soul, there’s often more than one opportunity to take extra special care of yourself. Right now, there are several special ways you can take care of yourself in Nelson. One of them is extremely time-sensitive, so we’ll start there:

Skin Bliss End-of-Summer Special — Until August 31!

SkinBliss Medi Spa is offering several exciting special end-of-summer opportunities to try its products and services. Their end-of-summer offer ends this Sunday, though, so we really hope you’ll stop by. The offers at SkinBliss include:

  • 20 to 30% off on all PCA Skin, Image Skincare, Dr. Belter, Circadia and Sparitual products.
  • Book a FREE Skin Consultation with one of our Certified Experts and Receive 15% off any Environ Skin & Body Care Products.
  • Book a FREE Mineral Makeup Lesson with our Makeup Expert and receive 15% off any Jane Iredale Skincare Makeup products.

Walking into SkinBliss Medi Spa is a little like stepping into a health oasis. Downtown Nelson can be quite busy; it’s a bustling, vibrant downtown core, with tons of (albeit cheerful) pedestrian traffic and lots going on. If you happen to be walking downtown on a Wednesday while the Farmers Market is going on, you’ll certainly agree. It’s exciting and fun, but very busy. Step into SkinBliss, however, and the cool “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” feel (I say this because the walls are a lovely muted blue, similar to the color of the iconic Tiffany’s box.) really sweeps you away into another world. You definitely feel as though you are leaving mundane worries behind, and can focus for a bit on you. And sometimes that’s exactly what’s needed to pull you away from the various obligations that can tug at you and help you reboot a little. Take advantage of these great offers as an excellent excuse to stop by SkinBliss and check them out.
